FAQs

How do I book?

Top left corner, click “Schedule.”

I’m new to working out. Do I start with a consultation?

Everyone starts somewhere! Before any client is serviced, a consultation is needed. During consultations, paperwork & forms are filled out, a fitness assessment, and a workout are all included in the consultation. The consultation allows the client & trainer to get an understanding of each other, the client’s level of fitness and expectations to reach your fitness goals.

Where are you located?

Currently located at 11112 S. Kedzie Avenue.

I need to cancel/reschedule.

You are able to cancel/reschedule any session or consultation within 2 hours of start time without a penalty. No call/no show will result in a loss of that session. It is very important to inform me if your plans change.

How do I know what to eat?

You will be provided with a general grocery list for your goals. This meal plan does NOT tell you what to eat specifically, but list a few meals that will help with your fitness goals. A meal plan will be sent to your email AFTER you sign up to train.

I haven’t worked out in years. Should I start now?

Exercise is as much mental as it is physical. You have to be in the right mental space to get to the gym, and that’s just step one. Then you have to be dedicated enough to give maximum effort during your workouts, followed by disciplined enough to follow the meal plan given to you. If you’re reading this, then you’ve already started contemplating why you should live a healthier life. Working with Ivy League Training will allow you to grow at your own pace, but also challenge you to break barriers. So if you’re asking if you should start now, I’m asking you “Whats stopping you right now?” from clicking “schedule” in the top left corner and starting your fitness journey!
